Shiatsu is an Asian form of bodywork that uses the wisdom of nature to understand the body in balance. A dynamic combination of stretches, subtle movements and palm pressure along acupuncture meridians help to awaken the body’s own healing energy, create balance and alleviate fatigue, body aches and stress.
